Client Success Manager

Join NicomIT Professional Services and help us lead strategic partnerships with Nicom Managed Services (MSP). In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our key clients and partners. You will enhance current relationships and develop new relationships with customers throughout Canada. You will drive sales engagement and apply best practices to accelerate Nicom’s reputation and services throughout the industry. We are here to grow Nicom MSP and develop strategies that enable businesses to transform the way people work. To realize this goal, you will build relationships, develop partner capabilities, and ensure execution across the businesses. You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to build plans and programs that scale the business and adoption of NicomIT Services.

You have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to strategize and recommend the best products and services for our clients. You can command an audience by bringing them along for the journey. You empower others to learn, to be curious and ultimately, share your passion for our story.

Education & Experience:
• BA or Equivalent
• 4 years experience in Professional or Managed Services • 2 years Key Account responsibility
• Solution Sales experience
• Technical background
• Excellent Communication and Presentations skills
