Who we're looking for:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role within our talented team, working closely with our Account Executives to drive technical hiring efforts. Your responsibilities will include: 
- Being an expert at headhunting, AI screening tools, and recruitment approaches for designated positions
- Conducting thorough screening and interviews to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates
- Collaborating with clients to gain comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs
- Maintaining data accuracy and developing recruitment processes
- Representing our company with integrity and professionalism
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the technology industry to effectively evaluate candidates against industry-standard assessments
- Have prior and the ability to build relationships with hard-to-find candidates
- Prepare and deliver weekly statistical reports to Account Executives, presenting key metrics and detailed insights

We're in search for individuals with a natural curiosity, a strong passion for their work, a results-driven mindset, and exceptional attention to detail in managing multi-step processes. 

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, we're looking for the following:
- University bachelor’s degree or post-graduate certificate
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or high-growth environment (start-up)
- Expert with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
- High positive energy and a team player
- Solid understanding of current talent acquisition best practices and market trends
- Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate technical discussions and concepts
