As Retail Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage a skilled team of Application & Hardware Support Analysts and Senior Application & Hardware Support Analysts; help guide day-to day activities, performance, and professional development of all employees.
• Manage Retail infrastructure and application landscape to meet both customer and business requirements.
• Develop, monitor and manage to achieve service level agreements; Responsible for department results.
• Assess scope and impact of client business needs, and manage client expectations and escalations.
• Assist in developing and managing a budget for Department IT services, IT projects and personnel.
• Develop strategic and operational framework for the continuous improvement and optimization of business practices and services, identification of alternative delivery mechanisms and costing of services/supplies that are competitive with the marketplace.
• Lead sourcing activities, make decisions related to technology recommendations from vendors, business, or team members.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Manage effective relationships and partnerships with internal clients, vendors, suppliers, team members and colleagues to facilitate co-operative approaches and mutual business efforts in support of resolving incidents, sharing knowledge and meeting customer SLAs.

Your resume and experiences will show us what you have to offer:

• University degree in computer science, business management with technical background.
• 8-10 years of supervisory/project leader experience in IT.
• Manager level experience within a mid-large organization.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks; Data Centre Management, Network Management, IT Security best practices, Application Lifecycle Management.
• Application and System releases without proper support documentation.
